The last two years have marked the breakthrough of Generative AI into our lives. The most famous of them is the ChatGPT, but thanks to it and in result of it came an abundance of applications for writing, photos, music, videos and other creative applications generated by a computer. One of the ways to make technology accessible, or rather the tools it gives to all people, is by integrating them into our mobile device. These changes are going to be very hard to miss in the new devices in the coming years. Accessibility, comfort and focus are the name of the game.
But AI also has an important role for the mobile companies in the way they plan to manage their networks with an emphasis on the interface with the customers (CX). Now it will be possible to manage the quality of connectivity at the user level and this is going to be quite a revolution.
